Recently I had this stubborn cough from Lord knows where, that persisted for some time and would not leave. When I finally realized that it wasn’t getting any better, I broke out my not-so-secret super health weapon….Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)! I took it twice a day and immediately noticed a huge difference just within 24 hours, and after taking it consistently for a few days, the cough left!

Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is my number 1 health product because it has so many health purposes and is simply a must have around the house at all times. If you’d like to try it, here’s how to prepare it:

For a morning energizer and for detoxifying the body: Add two table spoons of Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to 8 oz. of water then squeeze half of a lemon into the cup. {Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach} 

For bloating, stomach inflammation and for everything else: Add two table spoons of Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to 8 oz. of hot water.  Add one tsp of raw honey and enjoy! {Drink in the a.m. and p.m. until symptoms subside }
